Attendence to the Solar Observing and some vendor exhibits is FREE to the General Public. However, attendence to the Speaker conference and food functions does require regiatration..

Food is available at the Hilton restuarant and many of the fine local restaurants nearby.

General Attendee Registration:

• June 25th, 26th, 27, and 28th. Daily 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Features full daily access to all exhibits and speakers.
• $30 per day up until June 1st. $40 thereafter and day of event.
• $60 for all three days up until June 1st. $75 thereafter and day of event.
• Registration allows access to both ALCon and ASC events.
• Children under 18 FREE with paid adult.

Jarnac Observatory Tour:

• June 24th, 6 PM meet in Hotel Lobby for Carpool.
• Here is an opportunity to visit the observatory of famed Comet Hunter, David Levy. A personal guided tour of his facilties and equipment.. And who know, you just may discover your own comet..
• $15 per person.
• Limited to first 40 registrants.. Hurry.

Solar Luncheon:

• Lunch, June 25th at the Hilton Hotel.
• David Levy will provide a presentation while Lunch is being served.
• $30 per person.

Banquet at the Hilton:

• Dinner, June 26th at the Hilton Hotel.
• Dr. Roger Angel, Director of the University of Arizona’s Mirror Lab will provide a presentation on what the Mirror Lab is up to these days..
• $50 per person.
